Refund Policy

At Cornerstone Elite Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to deliver exceptional service with every visit. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.  We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. 

Refunds

Because we provide time-based , customized services, refunds are generally not issued. However, in rare cases where services were not delivered as agreed and a re-clean is not possible or acceptable, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion .

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. 

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to half the cost of booking.

No-Show Policy 

​

If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the property or begin cleaning ( due to locked doors, no-show, etc.), a no-show fee may apply.
