1. Services

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, which may include standard cleaning , deep cleaning, maintenance packages, and custom tailored services.  The exact scope of service will be confirmed during booking.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

​

- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or via phone.

- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee up to the cost of half the booking value.

3. Payment

​

- Payment is due at the time of service , unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.

- Late payments may be subject to additional fees up to $25.

4. Client Responsibilities 

​

- Please ensure clear access to the property at the time of service.

- Secure any valuables or sensitive items before your appointment. 

- Notify us in advance if you have Pets, Special Requests, or Access Instructions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly. We strive to exceed expectations and want every client's experience to be amazing!

6. Liability 

​

- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed during the walkthrough. 

- Liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.
